Greetings,

I'm Cyan He, a Chinese-born American artist currently based in LA. I've worked to portray compelling characters across various cultures through my work in the animation realm.

I studied at Ringling College of Art and Design in Computer Animation and am currently working as a freelance character artist and 2D animator. I am well familiar with the 2D and 3D animation pipeline, as I have experience with not only character designs and animation, but also storyboarding, 3D modeling, rigging, texturing, etc. I am currently working on my original animated shorts that revolve around original world-building.

Some fun facts about me:

• I am bilingual (English, Mandarin) and I lived in China for 10 years.

• I love Horror media, including books, movies, and games (Bloodborne, TRPG like Call of Cthulhu, etc.)

• When I'm not busy doodling on my sketchbook, I enjoy reading about animals and hanging out with my beloved pet friends.

I'm always on the lookout for exciting collaborations and new opportunities to bring my creative vision to life. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working on an array of team-based animated films, comic books, and personal projects that truly set my imagination on fire.
